We do a lot of repairs the "factories" don't, such as older units, and conversion kits.
We repair, replace, or exchange most assemblies in most bill changers. Some controllers, computer boards, and power supply boards (rebuilt by factory or us) are available from stock on an "exchange basis". Prices subject to change without notice.

PARTS EXCHANGE ITEMS
This program is intended to help you keep your bill change machine up and running as much as possible with needed replacements. Items which are normally available on an "exchange" basis, typically computer controls and power supply boards, are handled in one of two ways:
A) When we receive your faulty item; we send out a "ready-to-go" repaired unit or repair yours, whichever is quicker, at an "exchange/repair" price. OR
B) We can send out a rebuilt item first; C.O.D. or on a credit card, billed at an "exchange" + "core charge" price. If your faulty item is received by us within 5 working days of us sending out the "exchange" unit; a credit will be issued for the "core charge". The faulty unit coming from you must be repairable - as determined by SUNCOAST - to receive credit. Late returns WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
When sending items to us; no "RMA" or other advance arrangements are needed. We simply require a reasonable note in the box as to who sent it, what it is doing that caused you to send it, a phone # for questions, and address to ship to ( no P.O. boxes). We will ship back to you via UPS; either COD or on a credit card. Boxes not properly identified will sit and wait until someone calls to inquire about them, and can definitively identify box to our satisfaction.
